Launching in 2018, Relic tells the story of Troy and Bobby Gilbert, two African-American siblings who manifest supernatural powers after discovering a family heirloom has mystical abilities.

The powers of the mysterious talisman create conflict between the brothers and forms the basis of a titanic battle of good versus evil.

Set in an urban environment, Relic creates a bridge between the reader’s real-world experiences and the fantastical, opening the pages of graphic novels and comics to a broader audience in a compelling way.

Chris Walker is a “Creativeprenuer”, combining his experience in art and business to create new products, worlds and brands. He has developed projects for companies such as  Marvel and DC Comics as well as campaigns for brands such as AT&T, McDonald’s, and Honda.

NICK LESLIE- ARTISTS & TALENT MANAGER

Nick has been around comics and collectibles his whole life. Growing up in a card shop, he eventually become Entertainment Coordinator and Art Editor for Upper Deck, overseeing the creative development of projects with Marvel Comics, Fox Studios, and LeBron James.

DAVID ATCHISON — STORY EDITOR

David Atchison co-created the Occult Crimes Taskforce with actress Rosario Dawson, penned the Method Man Graphic Novel,and co-wrote True Believer, a backdoor pilot for NBC/ Universal’s SyFy Channel. David works for 20th Century Fox where helps develop films as Story Department Coordinator for the Feature Film Department.

MANAGING EDITOR

Justin F. Gabrie is a producer of American Comic Books with long tenures at MARVEL as their Managing Editor and Director of Publishing Operations, and at ARCHIE as well as extensive experience in web production, digital publishing and multimedia design. Justin has been involved with independent publishers in the last few years, which includes producing the comic series WATSON & HOLMES, receiving 2 EISNER AWARD nominations for Best New Series and Best Single Issue Story.
